Alton

Alton is a new development built by Kolter Homes in the northern part of the City of Palm Beach Gardens, sprawling in a trapezoid between Donald Ross Rd, I-95, Hood Rd and just a sliver west of Central Blvd.

If your dream is to live in a newly built and artfully designed home in South Florida’s idyllic, blissful tropical paradise city of Palm Beach Gardens, look no further than Alton.

Here you can find a wide selection of options from 3-bedroom townhouses to 6,000 sqft stately single-family homes. Once construction is completed, there will be a total of 900 residences here, and you can choose your perfect nest from among 3 distinct styles: Spanish, Island, and Contemporary.

All townhomes in Alton are 3-level and they come in two alternative layouts, Townhome A and Townhome B. Both A & B have a 2-car garage and a den on the 1st floor; great room, kitchen and dining are on the 2nd floor; and the 3 bedrooms are on the 3rd floor, away from the daily fuss. The layouts of the 2 townhomes are very similar with the main differences in the plan of the Owner’s Suite and the overall size: Townhome A is 2,672, while Townhome B is 2,148 sqft under air.

It’s worth knowing that the Den in both townhomes can be optionally converted into the 4th bedroom.

Alton’s single-family homes are featured in 2 collections: Park and Edge. As the name of the latter implies, Edge homes are sited around the community’s perimeter, and generally have larger lots and more open views.

The Park Collection includes 7 distinctive layouts, from a one-level 2,000 sqft Park A to a 2-story 3,800 sqft Park E. The Edge Collection has 4 different layouts, including a one-level home plan. Home sizes in this collection range from 2,830 sqft to 5,149 sqft under air.

Homeowner association fees in Alton are $355 and $377 per month for single-family homes and townhomes, respectively. These fees include landscape maintenance, high-speed internet, cable TV, access to a trendsetting clubhouse, and a generous selection of options for residents who value active lifestyle.

The list of activities at the Club at Alton includes a big resort-style pool with beach entry spa, state-of-the-art fitness center with an aerobics room, catering kitchen, grand hall, tot lot playground, sand volleyball court, basketball court, tennis court, and 2 pickleball courts.

Alton is conveniently located in the middle of everything, just minutes away from anything you might need, from the beach to the airport to downtown at the Gardens, and fabulous shopping. If you don’t feel like leaving the neighborhood, Alton Town Center has 33 shops, including the area’s best restaurants, professional offices, spas, boutiques, a gas station, hair salons, health clinics, and, of course, a Publix.

In Alton, you are not just buying a home. You’re buying a luxurious lifestyle.
