Single-Family Homes

  • The median sale price was $518,000, up 21.9% compared to last year.
  • Homes sold fast, in just 9 days. A year ago, it took 24 days to sell a single-family home in Palm Beach County.
  • 51.6% of homes were sold at or above list price, compared to 27.3% in August of last year.

Townhouses & Condos

  • 1,413 townhomes and condos were sold in August 2021, up 12% from the same month last year.
  • The median sale price was $232,000, up 10.5% compared to last year.
  • Days on market for condos and townhomes was just 14 days, compared to 34 days in this month last year.
