Egret Landing

Egret Landing is a lovely quiet neighborhood in Jupiter. It’s located just east of I-95 and northwest of Abacoa. This community consists of 649 houses and it is not gated. There are no condos or townhouses here, only single-family homes. The building of the neighborhood started in 1994, with about 85% of homes built before 2000. One thing that sets this neighborhood apart is that it has 58 (!) cul-de-sacs (kind of looking like alveoli on Google maps terrain view). So it’s particularly attractive for families with small kids, who like to have more outside time.

The community has 7 tennis courts, a soccer field, a play park for kids, a basketball court, a resort-style pool with a large clubhouse, an exercise room, and even an RV and boat-storage lot (zoom in on its southeastern corner in Google maps).
