Mallory Creek is located in the heart of Jupiter, and it’s one of 16 residential communities that make up Abacoa. Most homes here were built between

2007 and 2011 by the reputable builder – DiVosta. The community here has both single-family homes as well as townhouses. Single family homes are available in 3, 4, 5, and 6 bedroom models,with floor plans ranging from 1800 to 4500 sqft under air. Many homes have backyard swimming pools and Key West-style front porches. Egret Landing is a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood in Jupiter. It’s located just east of I-95 and northwest of Abacoa. The neighborhood consists of

649 single-family homes. There are no condos or townhouses, just single-family homes. The building of the neighborhood started in 1994, with about 85% of homes built before 2000. One thing very attractive about this neighborhood is that it has 58 cul-de-sacs and so it’s great for kids’ outdoor play.  Most homes in this community are 3-5 bedroom. HOA fees are relatively low. The community has 7 tennis courts, a soccer field, a kids’ play park, basketball courts, resort-style pool, clubhouse, exercise room, and an RV and boat-storage lot. Egret Landing is zoned for Jerry Thomas Elementary School, Independence Middle School, and Jupiter High School.

Botanica is a cozy community located between Military Trail and A1A, immediately north of Indian Creek Parkway. The neighborhood straddles, in a

C-shape, around the Publix Plaza at Sea Plum Town Center, so it’s perfect for quick grocery shopping or grabbing a grande frappuccino at the nearby Starbucks. Botanica is centrally located, close to everything, and yet it is nestled on 60 acres of beautiful nature preserves, serene lakes, and long walking trails. Single-family homes in Botanica range between 2000 and 5000 sqft, with 3 to 6 bedrooms. Homeowner association fees are under $200 per month, which pay for a heated swimming pool, lighted sidewalks, a clubhouse, and nicely maintained playgrounds for children. Botanica is zoned for Jupiter Elementary School, Jupiter Middle, and Jupiter High.

Loggerhead Park is a kids-friendly beach park with a very convenient access to the ocean. It is a wonderful place to have a family picnic and

barbecue. While you’re cooking your meats, your kids can run around and chase each other on big and open green areas or play in the wonderfully unique white-sanded playground. The center structure of the playground is a cool pirate ship with realistic-looking masts, captain’s cabin, gun deck, and sail. The playground also has swings for toddlers and bigger kids and lots of beach sand for building sand castles. Behind the playground there is a nature trail and a bike path. This park has restrooms as well as beach showers, where you can wash off the beach sand. The Juno Beach is an ideal place to relax, swim in the warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean or sunbathe. This beach park is the home of the Loggerhead Marine Life Center – an internationally recognized sea turtle rehabilitation, research and education center. They promote conservation of ocean ecosystems with a particular focus on saving sea turtles.

The Hamptons is one of several neighborhoods in the Maplewood community of Jupiter, which also includes Stonebriar, Egret Cove, and

Maplewood. It is a wonderfully quiet community with plenty of shaded winding sidewalks for walking, jogging and bike riding. The Hamptons’ main attraction is its reasonable home prices and central location, with easy access to dining and entertainment in Abacoa as well as the highway, and Jupiter’s beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. This neighborhood has 375 single-family homes. There are no townhouses or condos here. All homes in this neighborhood are 3 bedroom/2 bathroom and the total size of the vast majority of homes is 2,450 sqft. The Hamptons are zoned for Jerry Thomas Elementary School, Independence Middle School, and Jupiter High School.

The Shores of Jupiter is a quiet, upscale community located north of Indiantown road, with an easy access to the Turnpike and I95. It is well-

shielded from the noise of the highways by the North Jupiter’s Flatwoods Natural Area. The Shores is known for its oak-lined winding streets and beautiful views of its long lakes. This community has not 1, not 2,not even 3, but 6 lakes! The homes here are all single-family, which were built primarily in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Each home is unique, as the community was built by many different custom builders. The average size of homes, most of which are 3-4 bedroom, is about 2250 sqft under air. Homeowner association fees here are fairly low. The Shores of Jupiter is a perfect place for families with small children. It has a lot of cul-de-sacs and many homes have screened pools and scenic views of the lakes. The community is located near Jupiter Community Park that is large enough to offer activities for all ages, including baseball, soccer, football, basketball, tennis, and volleyball. It is also very close to the scenic Riverbend Park and the picturesque Loxahatchee River. It is zoned for Limestone Creek Elementary, Jupiter Middle and Jupiter High School.

Constitution Park is one of the best parks in the area. It has so much to offer for kids of all ages. Here, you will find two separate playgrounds: one for

the littlest ones and one for bigger kids. This park is full of activities like swings, a running track, outdoor exercise equipment, a putting green, basketball courts, a roofed pavilion for parties, and lots of open space. Come here for the Tequesta Green Market held every 3rd Saturday of the month from 9 am to 2 pm, where you can buy fresh, locally grown, and organic produce, seafood, breads, veggies, fruits, and even clothing and artwork. Occasionally, there are movies at dusk, concerts and food truck pow wows.

NewHaven is one of the greenest neighborhoods in Abacoa, Jupiter. It’s a charming community of 405 single-family homes and 100

townhomes. The first homes here were built in 1998, so its streets are lined with mature live oaks, maple trees, and magnolias that give this community a warm close-knit feel. The average size of a single-family home here is 3200 total sqft with a 400-sqft private patio. The size of an average townhome is about 2,000 sqft. The community has 2 clubhouses, 2 playgrounds, and 2 heated swimming pools. NewHaven is zoned for Lighthouse Elementary and Beacon Cove, Independence Middle School, and Dwyer High School.

Paseos is a cozy string of communities ‘beaded’ onto Pennock Lane, stretching from Indian Creek Parkway and Toney Penna. It is located in

the heart of Jupiter, one block west of Military Trail. The community, which was built in the mid-2000s, has 325 single-family homes featuring lovely Mediterranean architecture. Paseos offers both one- as well as two-story homes – perfect for satisfy the tastes of various home buyers. Most homes have 3 to 4 bedrooms and are sized between 1,800 sqft and 3,000 sqft. All homes have a small backyard and many homes here have a private pool. Amenities available to the residents include a resort-style swimming pool, community center, tennis courts, a gym, and nature trails. Plus, there is a ton of beautiful green space between streets, providing a wonderful area for tossing a Frisbee or a picnic and community gatherings on the lawn. Indian Creek Park is located in Jupiter, on Central Blvd and Indian Creek Drive. The park was built in 1993 and it was first made entirely out of

wood. But in humid Florida, wood is hard to maintain, so in 2011 it was rebuilt and expanded to a larger 8,500 sqft with a budget of $174,000 and with the help of community member volunteers, whose names you can see wooden pickets around the playground. Kids love this park because there is a lot for them to do here, like rock climbing, hanging on a spider netting, sliding down long tubes, climbing ladders, and swaying on swings. Adults can come here to play volleyball, basketball or workout on outdoor exercise equipment. Those who need more cardio workout can come here to use a jogging trail around the pond. On the south side of the park, there is a beautiful rustic-looking bridge. Make sure to bring lots of bread to feed the resident ducks, turtles, fishes and ibises. Come here to enjoy the beautiful view and a quiet atmosphere.

Carlin Park is a delightful beach park located in Jupiter, Palm Beach County, FL. It straddles A1A, immediately south of Indiantown Road.

Whether you want to spend your day on the beach or enjoy barbecue with friends and family, look no further than this wonderful park. You’ll spend a great day here no matter what you like to do on your free time. The beach is perfect for small kids as the water is relatively shallow here (however, watch your kids at all times because,after all, you are at the ocean!). This beach park has many picnic tables and three large covered pavilions. For those who love sports, there is a sand volleyball court, 6 tennis courts, a football field, a softball diamond, and nature trails for hiking, biking, and wildlife spotting. In addition, Carlin Park has this large amphitheater, called Seabreeze, where all kinds of events take place on a regular basis, including concerts and performances.

single entrance from Military Trail, just south of Hood Road. It’s a community of about 400 single-family homes and villas that are moderately priced taking into account its exceptional location. The Isles of Palm Beach Gardens has an easy access to the Interstate and Turnpike, and it is located within 3-4 minutes from 2 Publix plazas, 5 minutes from a Whole Foods store and the Downtown at the Gardens, 6 minutes away from the Gardens Mall, not to mention several upscale shopping plazas, like the Legacy Place and PGA Commons. And if you’re a beach goer, the world renowned spectacular beaches of Jupiter and Juno Beach are just 10 minutes away.
