Botanica is a cozy community located between Military Trail and A1A, immediately north of Indian Creek Parkway. The neighborhood straddles, in a

This beach park is the home of the Loggerhead Marine Life Center – an internationally recognized sea turtle rehabilitation, research and education center. They promote conservation of ocean ecosystems with a particular focus on saving sea turtles.

wood. But in humid Florida, wood is hard to maintain, so in 2011 it was rebuilt and expanded to a larger 8,500 sqft with a budget of $174,000 and with the help of community member volunteers, whose names you can see wooden pickets around the playground. Kids love this park because there is a lot for them to do here, like rock climbing, hanging on a spider netting, sliding down long tubes, climbing ladders, and swaying on swings. Adults can come here to play volleyball, basketball or workout on outdoor exercise equipment. Those who need more cardio workout can come here to use a jogging trail around the pond. On the south side of the park, there is a beautiful rustic-looking bridge. Make sure to bring lots of bread to feed the resident ducks, turtles, fishes and ibises. Come here to enjoy the beautiful view and a quiet atmosphere.
Carlin Park is a delightful beach park located in Jupiter, Palm Beach County, FL. It straddles A1A, immediately south of Indiantown Road.
