Horseshoe Acres is a private, gated community in Palm Beach Gardens, where residents can maintain horses on their property and still have enough land left for a swimming pool, outdoor barbecue area, children’s playground, basketball or tennis court, or a private arboretum. Every house in Horseshoe Acres sits on at least one-acre sized lot, giving residents enough space to freely yell at their children without being overheard by the neighbors 😄 (btw, as parents, we don’t condone yelling at children, at least the young ones who can’t yell back).

Horseshoe Acres does not have a community clubhouse and the usual amenities. That’s because with so much backyard space, there isn’t much need for that in this neighborhood. As a result, the HOA fees in Horseshoe Acres are quite possibly the lowest in the entire Palm Beach County.

Houses in Horseshoe Acres, which are arranged along the streets named after some of America’s most famous racehorses, were built primarily in the 1970s and range in price from upper-300’s to $1-2 million.
