True to its name, The Sanctuary of Palm Beach Gardens is tucked away from the traffic and noise in a beautiful 80-acre rectangular natural preserve setting off of Prosperity Farms Rd, just north of Hood Rd. It’s a small community of 184 single-family houses nestled within a calming tropical vegetation in one of South Florida’s most beautiful cities.

Homes in The Sanctuary were built in 1994-1996 and feature one- and two-level models, with 7 different floor plans ranging in size between a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom 1,969 living sqft to 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom 3,749 living sqft homes.

Homeowner association fees are fairly low in comparison to other residential communities in Palm Beach Gardens, in part because The Sanctuary does not have a clubhouse, fitness center, or a community swimming pool. However, this is not an issue for most homeowners here, as most Sanctuary homes have a private backyard swimming pool.
