Jupiter Village offers a wide variety of options for buyers of modestly sized homes, from single-family homes with backyards and patios, to one-story villas, to townhouse-style condos. The homeowner association (HOA) fees for single-family homes and villas are very low, compared to Jupiter’s other neighborhoods, while condo HOAs are higher.
