Ocean Dunes

The Villas of Ocean Dunes, or VOOD, are a great option for avid beachgoer home buyers who love the ocean, love Jupiter, but would like to keep the price in the mid-$300K range (see housing price chart below).

Be sure to get yourself one of those handy beach wagons, because you’ll be walking (about one-third of a mile) to the beach every day! And wait until you see the coastal-blue white-trimmed easy-breezy wood paneled homes in Ocean Dunes; it doesn’t get more beachy that this!

Ocean Dunes is a 24-hour manned gated community of 300 one- and two-story villas and townhomes, built in the 1980s, along Marcincki Rd, just west of US Hwy 1. About one-third of homes in Ocean Dunes feature dreamy waterfront terraces. Picture yourself having breakfast on a terrace overlooking a lake adorned with four fountains, meditating there in the evenings, and simply enjoying unperturbed laid back life!

If you feel like putting your muscles to work, Ocean Dunes has a resort-style swimming pool, with a step-down hot tub under a pergola, and lighted pickleball and racquetball courts.
